Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
You may cancel your order at any time before it ships, free of charge. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@thetreasurescope.com or call (888) 827-1499 during our business hours. You can also use the chat feature on our website.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable and non-refundable. These products are built specifically for you once your order is placed. Because they are tailored to your request, all sales are final. If you’re unsure whether your item is custom, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, you may do so. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless otherwise stated. Not all products are eligible for return after shipping. Because we work directly with manufacturers, returns are subject to their approval and policies.
For standard returns, a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with return shipping costs. If you're replacing your item with something else, we may be able to help cover part of the cost depending on the product.
Customers have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, but this general policy may be overridden by specific brand policies listed on individual product pages.
Shipping Timeframes
We work hard to ship your order as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times listed on product pages are based on information provided by our suppliers and freight carriers. Please note that unexpected delays can occur due to supply chain disruptions or logistical challenges. We ask for your patience during these times.
Exchange Agreement
By purchasing from Treasure Scope, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You must inspect your package upon delivery and notify us within 24 hours of any visible damage, including photos of the product, packaging, and SKU.

You are responsible for return shipping and any fees related to exchanges or refunds.

Returned items must be unopened and unused. Additional restocking fees may apply.

If your item has already shipped, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.

If your return is accepted after shipping, you are responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee (typically around 20%).

Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change.

You agree not to file chargebacks due to shipment delays caused by factors outside of our control.
Damaged Items Upon Delivery
Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, note it when signing and contact us within 24 hours with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will assist with filing a freight claim on your behalf. Damage claims reported after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Warranty Information
Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. Please check the product page for warranty details. Warranties typically cover defects from use over time and do not apply to damage during shipping. Damage on arrival must be reported within 30 days.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all shipping and reconsignment costs related to returns unless otherwise stated. Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty ensuring you receive a working product.
BOGO Promotions
For buy-one-get-one offers, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, we may issue a replacement or store credit for the single item. If the order has already shipped, return shipping and any applicable restocking fees will apply. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We’re here to help. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact our support team first. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first is considered misuse. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and may result in legal action.
