Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order and begun processing it. Your card will be pre-authorized while we check with our supplier to confirm availability. If the item is unavailable or on backorder, we’ll cancel the authorization and notify you. If the item is in stock and ready to ship (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process the payment and begin fulfillment.
In-stock orders typically ship within five business days of payment processing. Once your order leaves the warehouse, we’ll send tracking information to the email you provided during checkout within 24 hours. If you haven’t received tracking details within six business days, please contact us at support@thetreasurescope.com.
We currently ship within the United States. Some exceptions apply—if you’re able to complete checkout with an international address (such as Canada), your order will be processed and shipped as normal.
If you need to update your shipping address after your order has been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to help. However, changes may result in delays, and any added charges from our shipping partners will be the customer’s responsibility.
All shipping times provided are estimates, not guarantees. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, delays may happen. If you choose to cancel your order because of a delay, you’ll be responsible for all shipping, storage, and restocking fees. Chargebacks filed due to shipment delays will be considered improper use of the system and may lead to further action.

White Glove Delivery: Delivered to your room of choice with light assembly and removal of all packaging.
